Postal and Delivery Information Our professional sales team aims to have your order delivered within 7 Working days from receipt of payment; however delivery is usually within 2 working days. We can deliver to UK mainland addresses on any weekday that is convenient to you. Timed deliveries are available at an extra cost.
Important Information All purchases from us are packaged to the highest standards we have available. All fireplaces purchased from us are packaged to the highest standards we have available. Our fireplaces are delivered via nationwide carriers on pallets to your home address. Due to the size and weight of these items it is critical your street has the capacity to accommodate a large lorry. If you believe that access may be a problem please call us to explain your situation, and a smaller vehicle can be arranged, however this may incur a small additional charge. It is important to note we use a third party delivery firm to offer the best standard of delivery throughout the UK. Due to this reason we must highlight the following points:
1. Delivery drivers will be unable to assist you in carrying your purchase into your property, due to insurance. Fireplaces are heavy therefore you may need two strong able-bodied people to carry the item into your home.
2. With standard delivery we regret we can not offer a specific time for delivery. Timed deliveries are available at an additional charge. Please telephone if you require this service. 01407 742244
3. Deliveries cannot be made without a contact telephone number. The pallet carriers require this to book your delivery with you. Once you have scheduled a delivery day with the carriers it is important you are available to accept the delivery on that day. Re-deliveries will incur an extra delivery charge
4. It is important that on delivery you inspect your items thoroughly before signing for them. All goods must be checked for damage before signing for them. Once you have signed the carriers paperwork this means you are satisfied that you have received all of your order and it was supplied to you in good condition. We are unable to claim against our carriers insurance if you have signed for your order in good condition and subsequently find it to be damaged. Replacement goods will be supplied however you may be liable for the costs of pickup, redelivery and replacement.
