About Our Fireplaces About our Fireplaces
Our Fireplaces are perfect reproductions of originals, fireplace experts have searched scrap yards & architectural salvage companies the length of Britain to find examples of each style of fireplace.
Craftsmen then take months, using traditional skills to restore each original fireplace to its' former splendour. Once satisfied with the perfect restoration, fresh moulds are made from the restored original. Using traditional sand casting methods, your fireplace is made in exactly the same way as the original would have been made. The fireplaces are then finished and polished using traditional methods & materials.
Original Ceramic Tiles have also been sourced from around the UK and restored by experts to their original glory. The patterns have then been lovingly copied, ceramic dies have been manufactured wherever possible using the exact materials of 100 years ago.
Where possible we will provide details of the original date of manufacture of your reproduction.
