Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by credit or debit card or by cheque.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Delivery to most parts of the UK usually takes 3-5 working days from time of order placement
Delivery by pallet is £35 to most of Mainland UK, depending upon your post code area, for Scotland and some parts of England and Wales these postcodes are more expensive please see below or call us on 01407 765157

Delivery Schedule Orders are usually despatched on a 48hr delivery service approximately 3-5 working days from time of order placement. We advise all customers requiring items for a specific date contact us in advance so we can try and accommodate your requests. Please call us on 01407 886160 if you require delivery on or by a specific date there may be a charge for this service. We advise customers not to book fitters prior to receiving their orders as some circumstances can arise beyond our control. We do not pay for cancelled fitting fees.

Delivery Drivers are not our own and will only deliver your order onto your drive or pathway they will be unaccompanied, therefore you will require at least 2 strong people to carry your delivery into your home drivers do not have insurance to enter our customers properties.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We ask that all customers inspect their goods upon delivery for any damage before signing for them. Once you have signed the carriers paperwork this means you are satisfied that you have received your order in good condition. If any items are subsequently found to be damaged replacement goods will be supplied at the customers own cost and a delivery fee will be charged to replace them.

Log on Fires offers a full refund policy for all goods purchased from us over the internet or buy telephone, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

UNWANTD GOODS - If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods that you have received, please contact us regarding a full refund within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. This cancellation period begins from the day you receive your goods. We will arrange collection, carriage and collection costs must be paid for buy the customer either in advance or as a deduction from any refund due.

DAMAGED GOODS - We ask that all customers inspect their goods upon delivery for any damage before signing for them. Signing for the goods means you are satisfied that you have received your goods in good condition. If any items are subsequently found to be damaged replacement goods will be supplied but at the customers own cost and a delivery fee charged to replace them.

FAULTY GOODS - We advise you to inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and not to sign for or accept any goods which appear to be faulty upon inspection.

If you find a manufacturing fault with your goods within 7 days you are entitled to a full refund after 7 days and up 30 days from delivery you are entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired only. After 30 days any faults will be referred to the manufacture. All goods come with a 1 year manufactures warranty
